Location: Porto (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Fixedterm (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent contract
Industry: Outsourcing/BPO
Languages: Dutch (C2) & English (B2)
Compensation: Base salary bonuses
What Youll Be Doing
Handle inbound calls to support customer inquiries
Guide clients through postbooking and booking management
Assist travel agents and ensure smooth booking processes
Recommend and sell travel products tailored to customer needs
Provide accurate information on destinations documentation pricing and more
Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to enhance service
What Were Looking For
Native/Fluent in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
Experience in customer service or sales ideally in travel or hospitality
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Problemsolver with strong attention to detail
Customerfocused mindset and multitasking ability
Familiarity with travel/booking systems is a plus
Willingness to work rotating shifts (MonFri 08:0018:00 SatSun 08:0017:00)
