Location: Athens (onsite after 3month probation)

Compensation: 1000/month 10% monthly bonus benefits
What Youll Do
Connect with customers via phone email and live chat offering professional and friendly assistance
Troubleshoot resolve queries and deliver exceptional support with empathy
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to share insights and continuously improve service
What You Bring
Native/Fluent in Polish (C2) and good English (B2)
Excellent communication skills and a passion for problemsolving
A proactive mindset and team spirit
