About The Opportunity
Are you a proactive and organised professional with a passion for delivering highquality administrative support Were looking for a Depot Operations Support Officer to play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient operations at our North Depot contributing to the success of our Parks Sport and Natural Areas branch.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to provide highquality administrative and operational support in a customerfocused environment.
- Experience in document management correspondence distribution and data entry.
- Ability to manage workflows meet deadlines and respond to multiple customer needs with general supervision.
- Knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge of Council policies procedures and relevant legislative requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn other corporate software packages.
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills with the ability to consult problemsolve and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional and positive manner.
- Demonstrated ability to handle matters of a sensitive nature with tact and discretion.
- Provision of a satisfactory Criminal History Check Police Certificate (Australiawide name only).
- Certificate III in Business Administration desirable
- Experience in the use of Civica Authority or other corporate information systems desirable
- Experience working in a depot or similar environment desirable
