Our Collision Center is expanding as we are completing new construction and are adding this much-needed position to our team. We are looking for talented client focused team-oriented individuals that are excited about growing and developing along with our Collision Center Team. HMC will consider a candidate of high character and solid personal standards that can grow with us. Come join the only Honda & Acura Certified dealership-owned Collision Center in Licking County!
Job duties:
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Answering phone calls
- Check customers in and out
- Assist customers in filling out paperwork
- Monitor/update Arms website
- Schedule new assignments for estimates
- Schedule drop offs and estimates
- Daily glass list- gather and send to Kirkwood
- Make folders
- Create window stickers
- Check for recalls in Honda In
- Walk customers to service/rental/waiting area/sales
- Confirm appointments
- Customer follow-up and survey reminders
- Create ROs in NCS website for scanning materials
- Enter NCS end of month information into Excel document
- Double checking authorizations
- Help take cars to local dealerships (CDJR Toyota Kia Hyundai etc)
- Take paperwork to and from main office
- Deposit checks to AR account
- Create ROs
- Update insurance/rental offices/customers as needed
- Supporting scanning cars as needed
