Why This Role Is Valuable

As the VP Head of Data Products you will be responsible for shaping and executing Revantages Data and Data Product strategy. You will directly manage a team of data professionals overseeing data products governance analytics and data science initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that support decisionmaking across Revantage Blackstone and Portfolio Companies we support. This position will be based out ofRevantagesoffice in Dallas TX.

How You Add Value

• Work alongside senior leaders at Revantage and Blackstone to implement and drive the strategy around Data Products Data Governance Data Catalogues and Data Stewardship
• Be present and consult around all active data workstream discussions and products to bring consistency efficiency and leverage existing synergies in what is designed and built
• Oversee the development and management of a diverse suite of Data Products that enable analytics and drive efficiency for our stakeholders; with a specific focus on our Insurance and Risk business
• Act as a crossfunctional senior level SME for all data needs for each Revantage department and recommend solutions that are built upon and supported by existing infrastructure
• Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for all products that are built
• Manage the overall operational budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities ofyour Data Product organization
• Drive business decisions that are financially responsible accountable justifiable and aligned to the of our vision andstrategy
• Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor and ensure the success of theteam and consistent improvement of the products we build
• Formulates longterm objectives and standards of performance for the Data Product team
• Work extremely closely with our Revantage Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure consistent delivery of data products to our partners
• Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive support to the team fostering their professional growth and development through mentorship training opportunities and performance feedback

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

• STEMBachelors Degreeorrelateddegree
• Minimum of10yearsexperience in Product and Data Product related roles; a background in Real Estate or Insurance preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience inProduct and Dataleadership ideallyin largescale service oriented or datarelated contexts
• Proven experience in developing direct reports and successfully leading crossfunctional teams throughout the organization
• Proven experience developing and managing client relationships to deliver best in class service
• Demonstratedhandson Product experiencedelivering enterprisegrade data analytics reporting orAI products/solutions
• Willingness to step in join teams and be personally involved in driving forward solutions when necessary
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating an ability to work well with and enthusiastically influence teams &stakeholders
• Strong mentorship relationship management project management problem solving project managementand change managementskills
• Excellent planning skillscoupledwith a strong oral and written communicationscapabilities

Base Compensation Range:

Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
