Your Role
As Head of Unite Team 2 you will:
- Lead a team of subject matter experts and specialists in R&D.
- Drive performance based on strategy project goals and product roadmaps.
- Set SMART targets manage resources and budgets and monitor KPIs.
- Recruit onboard and develop team members while staying ahead of tech trends.
- Collaborate across teams and functions to ensure alignment and innovation.
- Contribute to product development maintenance and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation while maintaining business priorities.
- Be an active member of the R&D management team and lead broader initiatives.
What You Bring
- MSc/BSc in Computer Science Software Engineering or Health Informatics.
- 610 years of experience in software engineering IT telecom or healthcare.
- Proven leadership in global multicultural environments.
- Understanding of Ascoms product portfolio and agile methodologies.
- Advanced skills in technical excellence analytical thinking and project management.
- Intermediate proficiency in communication customer focus and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
