Your Roles mission:
The MRO POD Lead is responsible for driving the growth and success of Pelicos MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operations) vertical. They act as the strategic and operational lead for customer accounts in this segment ensuring customer satisfaction value delivery and expansion. This role serves as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Product Tech Ops) ensuring solutions are impactful scalable and aligned with both client goals and Pelicos roadmap.
Main Responsibilities :
- Successfully transform PODs into long-term recurring clients
- Build a compelling expansion vision from the results of the initial POD.
- Define and track success criteria early in the POD to prepare for scale-up discussions.
- Collaborate with Sales to structure a deployment roadmap and commercial proposal.
- Navigate decision-making stakeholders to ensure alignment budget buy-in and long-term commitment.
- Ensure high-value delivery and satisfaction for MRO customers
- Lead strategic customer relationships and act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions adapted to customer operational needs.
- Monitor impact metrics and customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Serve as voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap and priorities.
- Drive commercial growth of the MRO segment
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Contribute to contract renewals pricing discussions and long-term commercial plans.
- Support the sales team in positioning Pelicos value to new MRO prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-build and deploy scalable solutions
- Coordinate with Product Tech and Ops teams to align on solution delivery and feasibility.
- Structure deployment plans (multi-site multi-stakeholder) and manage associated risks.
- Lead cross-functional rituals to ensure smooth execution and learning loops.
- Define and carry Pelicos ambition on the MRO vertical
- Help define the growth roadmap of the MRO segment
- Identify strategic accounts market trends and partnerships to accelerate expansion.
- Be the internal champion of the MRO vertical influencing product strategy and priorities.
Location : You will be based in Paris with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
