Waldorf Astoriais looking for aGuest Service Agentto join theFront OfficeTeam at this gorgeousAtlantaproperty!

Located in one of Atlantas most prestigious neighborhoods this 42story tower has over 200 rooms 127 guest rooms plus residences over 10000 square feet of meeting space and 3 food and beverage outlets.This includes the 3meal restaurant bar and inroom dining.

Classification:FullTime

Shift:Various must have availability to work weekdays weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing

As a Guest Service Agent you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to includechecking in and checking out guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
