Job Description

Kinsley Power Systems is looking for a driven and customerfocused Aftermarket Sales Account Manager to grow our emergency power generator service and maintenance sales within the Philadelphia territory.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop & Expand Business Prospect and secure new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Own the Sales Cycle Manage the process from lead generation and quoting to closing deals collections and aftersales support.
  • Provide Solutions Not Just Sales Position Kinsleys service agreements maintenance plans and emergency power solutions as critical components of operational reliability.
  • Partner CrossFunctionally Work closely with internal teams including field technicians and project managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Leverage CRM & Sales Tools Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to drive accountability and strategic growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge Experience in B2B sales particularly with customers in data centers telecommunications HVAC electrical contracting or power generation.
  • Sales Success Proven track record in B2B sales with the ability to build rapport close deals and meet revenue goals.
  • SelfMotivated & ResultsDriven Ability to work independently set priorities and manage a territory effectively.
  • CustomerCentric Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • TechSavvy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Flexibility & Mobility Ability to travel overnight as needed within the territory.
  • Valid Drivers License Required for travel to customer sites.
