Currently hiring: 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead
Shift: Monday Friday 2pm10pm
Facility type: Manufacturing

We are looking for you to:
- Lead and manage a team of Utility Technicians overseeing light maintenance tasks and facility project work.
- Interview hire and train team members ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Schedule and assign daily work tasks coordinating projects and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise and perform light maintenance tasks including equipment inspections repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure facility cleanliness and organization including removing debris empty pallets and maintaining clear aisles.
- Assist with project work such as facility upgrades installations and general maintenance projects.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures ensuring the team follows all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities inspections and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the production line and address any facilityrelated needs.

Qualifications
You will have:
- 25 years of supervisory experience in the warehouse industry
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Experience overseeing maintenance and project work in a manufacturing facility.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other materialhandling equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on training and development.
- Basic computer skills for managing schedules records and reporting.
