The District HRPD Manager is responsible for setting the strategic direction of HRPD practices and processes for both Regina and Saskatoon district offices and can be located in either city. Reporting directly to the District Managers this role requires a strong ability to develop trusting relationships with a proven track record for positioning their organization as an employer of choice.

Heres how a District HRPD Manager contributes to our team:

  • Builds effective relationships with leadership to ensure proper implementation of all HR initiatives and programs.
  • Manages and directs all HR cycles performance management talent acquisition total rewards employee engagement diversity equity & inclusion succession planning training and development compliance/ethics and strategic planning.
  • Develops and executes our talent acquisition strategy to support growing business needs and hiring of senior level positions.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff regarding all HR management issues while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manages district level professional development and training programs as per business needs including all aspects of career management and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 8 years of progressive human resources experience with 3 years supervisory experience managing senior HR professionals.
  • Superior relationship management skills and is a trusted advisor for key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Able to apply knowledge to define HRPD best practices and procedures.
  • Advanced business acumen with an understanding of industry practices and new developments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and coordinate activities while leading and motivating HRPD leaders.
  • Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to positively impact business results.
