Job Description

Location: Mexico City Mexico

Overview

Our client a global leader in telecommunications is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions in their Mexico City office. This role is central to driving people strategy compliance and culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR systems and processes including performance management onboarding salary structure and training
  • Lead compensation and benefits planning ensuring competitiveness and consistency
  • Handle employee relations internal conflicts and labor audits in compliance with Mexican labor law
  • Drive employee development initiatives and align HR with business strategy
  • Foster a positive inclusive company culture and promote engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with leadership and manage the local HR team

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 5 years of HR management experience in an international or large organization
  • Strong background in Mexican labor law employee relations and HR compliance
  • Proven track record in HR system design and strategic planning
  • Experience managing HR teams and conflict resolution
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Relationships with labor authorities or external legal counsel is a plus
