Position Overview:
As a Beauty Consultant for SKII you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your expertise in skincare. You will represent our brands values and mission educating customers about our products and helping them discover the best solutions for their skincare needs. Your passion for beauty and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in fostering longterm relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:Provide personalized consultations to customers understanding their skincare concerns and goals while recommending SKII products that suit their needs.

• Product Knowledge:Maintain an indepth knowledge of SKII products ingredients and application techniques to effectively communicate benefits and usage to customers.

• Sales Achievement:Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement product demonstrations and followups.

• Brand Representation:Uphold the SKII brand image and values through professional demeanor appearance and communication. Ensure the brands prestige is reflected in all customer interactions.

• Visual Merchandising:Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized product display instore ensuring products are wellstocked and presented according to brand guidelines.

• Training and Development:Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Share insights and best practices with team members.

• Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring followup and postpurchase engagement to drive loyalty.

Job Qualifications

• Experience:Previous experience in beauty retail or skincare consultation is preferred particularly in a luxury or prestige environment.

• Knowledge:Strong understanding of skincare ingredients trends and treatment options. Certification in skincare or cosmetology is a plus.

• Sales Skills:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.

• Communication:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

• Passion for Beauty:A genuine passion for skincare and beauty with a desire to share knowledge and help others achieve their skincare goals.

• Flexibility:Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
