The IT Consultant will be part of a dynamic team of Consultants and Functional Leads focused on delivering high quality projects support and solutions to the ROCKWOOL Group. ROCKWOOL is an international organisation candidate will be required to travel when needed and work in CET time zone according to the provided schedule.
What you will be doing
Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies and align with template.
Distinguish between critical and lessimportant business requirements and tasks.
Proactively identify functional and nonfunctional enhancements to add value to business by analysing business processes and systems identifying inefficiencies and documenting business processes and procedures
Work with Project Consultants Functional Leads Solution Architects and product managers within ROCKWOOL to provide authorization services for the rollout of the SAPbased systems as well as IAMintegrated systems in our operating companies (OPCOs) around the world.
Facilitate request fulfillment as well as change management related to roles accesses and users in SAP and IAM systems as well as user acceptance
Create and maintain Identity and Access Management policies as well as Segregation of Duties policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems and data.
Oversee IAM user access provisioning deprovisioning and monitoring to ensure compliance with security policies.
Provide constant insight and support to business activities to solve daily business problems by using existing tools and systems.
Provide deep functional expertise of SAP Authorisation capabilities
Keep uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in Identity and Access Management and the broader IT field.
Analyse business requirements through fit/gap analysis and coordinate / prioritize solution gaps with business process owners and secure change management
Support IT professionals by setting up configuring maintaining and troubleshooting customerfacing and backend of Identity and Access Management solution and SAP (in Authorization area including providing support services
Provide functional guidance to ensure Identity and Access Manangement solution integrity and maintain documentation towards integrated systems updated (functional and technical specifications
Promote and maintain a flexible cooperative team oriented customer focused attitude within and between departments.
Ensure that daily operational support of the IAM system meets Service Level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with the OPCOs.
Deliver highquality remote Identity and Access Management and SAP Authorization product trainings and specialized services to service consumers
What you bring
Minimum degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent relevant education.
5 years plus experience within SAP Authorisation
Good understanding of basic DevOps principles tools and cloud solutions
Basic knowledge related to MySQL database Linux and scripting
Excellent problemsolving abilities strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
High level of logical intelligence
Written and spoken English proficiency
Previous experience with ITIL framework & Agile methodologies
Knowledge or experience with Saviynt (or other IAM solutions would be an advantage
