Job Description
Job Description: 9 BDC7A Summary: As an Integration Engineer you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique needs facilitating discussions to translate these needs into actionable business and technology solutions and ensuring that the implemented solutions align with both business requirements and customer expectations. You will also be responsible for driving transformation initiatives and guiding clients through their journey ensuring that functional and application designs are effectively tailored to meet their objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).- Strong understanding of business process modeling and system integration methodologies.- Experience with data integration tools and techniques.- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency.- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premise systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
