Location

This role is Remote / Home Office with extensive travel (up to 34 days a week) across the UK to key national accounts and distribution channels and can include overnight stays as needed.

What youll do

As our new Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) you will not only take on our successful RTD portfolio in existing Grocery Mults but importantly play a pivotal role in launching Mas by Messi a newtoworld hydration drink cocreated with Lionel Messi. Mas is set to disrupt the soft drinks market with its betterforyou bettertasting formula.

You will take full ownership of driving this brands launch within key Grocery Mults customers building strategic relationships with major UK grocery multiples and accelerating our broader beverage portfolios growth.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing existing BWS relationships across our existing RTD portfolio with key grocery customers owning full P&L responsibility for your account base.
  • Leading the launch development and of Mas focusing on impactful instore and online rollouts.
  • Utilizing existing relationships and industry knowledge to open new business opportunities and deliver highimpact launches with the UKs biggest retailers.
  • Crafting compelling sales narratives in partnership with Marketing and Category teams to secure new listings expand distribution and activate impactful promotions.
  • Leading negotiations on commercial terms (including pricing promotions and trade spend) that align with both customer goals and MAB UKs strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring account performance and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth ensuring ongoing brand success and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (Supply Chain Finance Category Marketing) to design and execute integrated account strategies that drive brand visibility and operational efficiency.
      What youll bring
      • 10 years of experience in sales account management or category management within FMCG more recently within the soft drinks category at a grocery level.
      • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Commerce or a related field.
      • A proven track record of successfully launching and building brand presence with major UK grocery retailers.
      • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L drive strategic negotiations and optimize promotional activities.
      • Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a datadriven mindset.
      • Full clean UK driver license.
