Key Responsibilities:

- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Leverage datadriven insights to inform business development strategies identifying emerging trends competitor activity and opportunities for differentiation.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify strategic alliances that will drive the future direction of the business.
- Provide actionable market insights to crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
- Relationship Development & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture highlevel relationships with senior decisionmakers including buyers sourcing professionals and executives across global sports brands.
- Lead complex negotiations and manage the development of tailored mutually beneficial partnership proposals that align with both client needs and the companys business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients offering solutions that enhance brand value improve product offerings and create growth opportunities.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration & :
- Partner closely with design production and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into the product development process.
- Work with the supply chain team to optimize manufacturing capabilities and ensure timely delivery and quality control aligned with client expectations.
- Lead the development and of marketing campaigns and event strategies that increase brand visibility leveraging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics sales pipelines and forecasts ensuring transparency and accountability for business development activities.
- Regularly report on sales progress market trends and revenue generation strategies to executive leadership providing recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking success across accounts ensuring all metrics are in line with strategic goals.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Fashion Merchandising or related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 710 years of experience in business development or strategic sales with a focus on the sports activewear or apparel industries.
- Demonstrable success in driving business growth securing highvalue accounts and building longlasting relationships with seniorlevel executives.
- Proven ability to develop negotiate and execute strategic partnerships that align with both client needs and corporate objectives.
- Skills & Expertise:
- A strong understanding of the sports apparel industry with expertise in sourcing manufacturing and retail sales strategies.
- Expertise in managing complex multistakeholder projects particularly in global or fastpaced environments.
- Outstanding communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with highlevel stakeholders.
- Resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
