Job Description

Salary Range: $55755.00$69136.00/annum

**APPLICANT MUST HAVE A VALID UNRESTRICTED INSURABLE DRIVERS LICENSE**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops data collection plans surveys gathers information and analyzes data for the purpose of monitoring evaluating and adjusting HPDP programs.
  • Outline the direction for planning development and management of HPDP operations.
  • Make recommendations based on available data and results leadership inquiries and stakeholder requirements.
  • Organizes plans and ensures of HPDP plans through strategic action plans.
  • Responsible for identifying and addressing program barriers to meet program goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining profile specific audits findings and actions for historical purposes.
  • Assists the HPDP Coordinator with the development of budgets and program tracking metrics.
  • Advises the HPDP Coordinator with regard to planning piloting and implementing new programs or systems.
  • Communicates with Navajo Nation programs State city health programs coalitions or groups and FDIHB service unit chapters in a proactive manner to assist in the implementation of the various prevention programs.
  • Plans organizes and completes required HPDP reports evaluations narratives and statistical data on projects and activities in a timely manner.
  • Meets regularly with HPDP Staff and Coordinator to monitor/evaluate programs collect/analyze data and prepare required reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Four 4 years of direct work experience.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Public Health Health Administration Epidemiology or related field.

FDIHB and its facilities are located within the Navajo Nation and in accordance with Navajo Nation law has implemented a Navajo/Indian Preference in Employment Policy. Pursuant to this Policy applicants who meet the minimum qualifications for this position and who are enrolled members of the Navajo Nation will be given primary preference in hiring and employment for this position and members of other federallyrecognized Indian tribes will be given secondary preference. Other candidates will be considered only after all candidates entitled to primary or secondary preference have been fully considered.
