Creating and updating Knowledge Articles to capture process knowledge and best practices. Delivery of 2nd line finance system support services to agreed Service Level Agreements.
Customer related: Highly customer focused and proficient in working with Business resources communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status Ensuring that Compliance standards are met regarding Data Protection accuracy TAT contribute in improving the existing work process by reducing customer complaints and increasing customer satisfaction.
