Caregiver!
We invite you to apply with Always Best Care Tempe! Were a toprated workplace in Tempe with openings to work in the homes of seniors throughout the area including Tempe Chandler Gilbert Ahwatukee Mesa South/North/Central Phoenix and South Scottsdale. Parttime available.
Pay and Benefits:
- $16.50to $18.00 an hour $1 more on weekends performance increases
- $500 signon bonus
- $563 referral bonus program
- Career path with incremental pay increases
- Daily pay available
- Flexible hours
- Paid mileage while on the job
- Paid time off
- Matching 401k and Benefits after 3 months
Additional requirements include:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Need reliable transportation
- Required to pass background check and drug screens
- Have access to email and a mobile smart device
- Good understanding of the English language
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- CNA HHA and DCW training a plus but not required
- CPR/First Aid certified
- TB tested (negative) or can be within 30 days.
