As we continue to grow we are seeking a versatile and highly organized Office HR & Safety Coordinator to establish and manage essential business operations.
This role is critical in developing and implementing office organization HR processes and safety protocols to support our expanding workforce and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive detailoriented and capable of working independently to build and optimize our administrative infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Establish and maintain organizational systems for office operations including document management scheduling and supplies procurement.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders ensuring smooth daytoday office functions.
- Manage vendor relationships office equipment and facility maintenance needs.
Human Resources Support
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for hiring onboarding and employee recordkeeping.
- Assist with recruitment coordination including job postings scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee relations efforts by providing guidance on HR processes and workplace culture initiatives.
Safety & Compliance
- Build and oversee workplace safety programs including OSHA compliance safety training and incident reporting procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure FabLogix maintains a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with management to implement risk mitigation strategies and emergency response plans.
- Maintain required safety documentation training logs and compliance records.
General Administration & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Support leadership with special projects and reporting as needed.
- Ensure companywide compliance with state and federal employment laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills- 3 years of experience in administration human resources or safety management within an industrial construction or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies safety regulations (OSHA) and office administration best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and HRIS or safety management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsable to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience developing policies and processes from the ground up is highly preferred.
