The Home and Location Bolton Clarkes Fairview is a 116 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Pinjarra Hills.Support & empower staff in this leadership role to ensure a high quality of clinical care across our Must be clinically qualified as a Registered Nurse with leadership experience
Job Description
Assisting the General Manager you will provide leadership for all clinical staff in addition to managing all clinical aspects of the facility including ACFI and clinical governance in addition to continuing handson nursing across the facility.
As Clinical Manager you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties including medication management assessment coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure exceptional care for residents.
To be successful youll have:
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care
- Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership of employees clinical governance and ACFI
- Strong communication skill at all levels
- Current national police check (or the ability to obtain one)
- PR and evidence of Australian work rights
- seasonal Flu Vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of both COVID 19 vaccinations
