Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Whitby
Salary: 120200 per day
Contract: Flexible shortterm and longterm opportunities available

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across primary and secondary schools in the Scarborough Borough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who enjoy flexibility and variety in their work while making a positive impact on students learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver preplanned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different schools and students
  • Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding
  • Provide feedback to the school on pupil progress where required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for education and supporting student development
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
