We are seeking a recruiter to partner closely with our leaders to understand the needs of the business and build & execute a talent strategy around it. Youll be a driving force in creating a pipeline of great talent ensuring a tremendous candidate experience and helping us evolve our approach to recruiting as we scale the business. This role reports to the VP of People and will lead the daytoday operations of recruiting. This role will touch every department and have the opportunity to help us build out all our talent infrastructure.
What youll be doing
Run fullcycle recruiting processes for all our departments
Source and build a healthy consistent and diverse pipeline for designated roles
Understand and able to speak to your weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics and how they map to the hiring needs
Work with our hiring mangers to develop efficient thoughtful and holistic interview loops
Develop sourcing strategy including but not limited to cold outreach events and content production(e.g. blog)
Make sure we are maximizing the full power of automation and reporting from out ATS (Ashby).
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
3 years of fullcycle inhouse recruiting experience
Worn many hats and are flexible in partnering with different teams depending on company priorities
Knowledge of the market competitors and applicable events
Deep knowledge of sourcing and outreach tools
Advanced sourcing and engagement skills
Passion for meeting top talent understanding what drives them and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
