Job Description

- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales marketing customer success product and more
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles define success profiles and run efficient processes
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn networking and creative channels
- Ensure a seamless white-glove experience for every candidate
- Track key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to hiring teams
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future talent
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting
- 25 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (startup or SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success hiring across a variety of roles and functions
- Skilled at sourcing and outreach you know how to find and engage great candidates
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple open roles at once
- Clear persuasive communicator both written and verbal
- Comfortable with a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Passionate about people culture and building strong teams
- Experience with Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Gem
- Familiarity with hourly workforce or restaurant industry is a plus
- Experience hiring globally (e.g. Philippines Singapore) is a plus

Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law the salary range for this role is $120000-$140000 in San Francisco. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidates compensation we consider a number of factors including skillset experience job scope and current market data.
