This solution ensures that hotels are displayed at the top of the ranking on Booking and Airbnb. We link this to dynamic pricing strategies resulting in a staggering 24 increase in revenue for our clients.
About You
We are looking for a talented Junior Revenue Management Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative rapidly expanding team of ambitious professionals. We seek someone who thrives on challenges and eager to grow with us. As aJunior Revenue Management Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimising and maximising the revenue potential of hotels and bed and breakfast establishments through our cuttingedge OTA (Online Travel Agency) ranking algorithm.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and enhance the OTA ranking algorithm ensuring it remains effective and competitive in the dynamic hospitality industry.
- Analyze data related to hotel performance market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Assist in the implementation and of revenuemanagement strategies to increase occupancy rates ADR (Average Daily Rate)and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
- Conduct regular audits of hotel profiles on various OTAs(Booking Airbnb Expedia Trivago) to ensure accurate and optimized content.
- Monitor competitor pricing availability and market demandto recommend pricing adjustments and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and operations to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings performance metrics and revenue optimization strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends best practices and technological advancements related to revenue management and OTAs.
What we are looking for:
- Masters degree in finance economics or data science
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Python R) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
