Job Opening: IT RECRUITER Position
Location: Marathahalli Bangalore
Qualification:
- Graduates in BCA/ B.Tech/ BSC (IT)/ MCA
Note: This is not an IT job.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enhance your skills by participating in endtoend recruitment for leading MNC companies.
- Source candidates from various job portals such as Naukri Monster LinkedIn etc.
- Screen candidate resumes and reach out to relevant candidates.
- Evaluate applicants knowledge communication skills aptitude and experience.
- Coordinate interviews for selected candidates with the respective company.
- Demonstrate excellent learning abilities and maintain strong candidate relationships.

- Excellent English communication skills
- Confidence and passion for the role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chat GPT

Requirements and skills BBA / MBA with specilization of HR preferable looking for this Type of candiadte Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Familiarity with social media sourcing Understanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internships Good networking abilities
