We have changed the way we deliver Human Resources services at Texas A&M University! We have opportunities for Human Resources Generalists at several experience and skill levels. These positions are integral to the success of serviceoriented people forward changes. The HR Generalist will provide Human Resources support to customers in the creation posting and processing of Human Resources actions in Workday or related systems; maintaining personnel records processing payroll and preparing HR documents for approval and processing will be core of your daily work. If you are already a Human Resources Professional with broader experiences your responsibilities would include providing guidance on university state and federal rules laws and requirements for Human Resources and Payroll. Providing feedback and working with Central HR to develop and amend policies and processes and providing training mentoring and team leadership will allow you to contribute at your level of expertise. You will acquire and maintain your expertise in Human Resources laws regulations and guidelines. Special care is taken to ensure the right development opportunities are planned to advance your career.
What we want
We are recruiting for all levels of HR Generalists however our immediate needs are for HR Generalists I II and III positions.
Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist I: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and no prior HR Generalist experience required.
Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist II: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR Generalist related experience.
Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist III: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of HR Generalist related experience.
The wellqualified candidates would possess the following:
Minimum qualification for an HR Generalist IV: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of HR Generalist related experience.
