Your Profile
Degree in: Economical Engineering Economics Statistics or a related field
Language: English Advanced
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excel Microsoft Office Power BI
- Human Resources fundamentals
- Compensation analysis and structuring
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational structures and promote standardization across Tenaris
- Define job descriptions for new positions within your scope
- Perform position classification and evaluation
- Assist in updating salary structures based on market trends and business needs
- Participate in external compensation surveys
- Propose bonuses special awards and benefit grants
- Provide salary and bonus information to the payroll department
- Support in the payroll process
