Your Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate our leader development program (Global Trainee)
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Drive employer branding activities in Romania
- End to end recruitment
- Prepare reports and track HR KPIs
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
