Yonkers Kia is seeking a fulltime Bookkeeper/ Accounting Adminto work in the Accounting Department in Yonkers New York. This role will report to the stores CFO and Office Manager and will involve a wide range of accounting and administrative duties including posting deals issuing checks and maintaining a record of accounts payable/receivable;organizing filing scheduling and mailing; andcalling customers and vendors; assisting with payroll processing asneeded;and other duties as assigned.
Successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills especially on the phone and be able to think independently and exercise good judgement. Prior automotive industry experience is strongly preferred but will train the right candidate.
The position will be fulltime 40 hours per week). Pay isweekly salary and will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include group health insurance 401(k) retirement plan and paid sick/personal leave and vacation leave.
