Bookkeeper

Quality Staffing Inc. a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the areas top companies is looking for a Bookkeeperin the Dalton area. Pay rate is $17 to 21/hour based on experience. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records for the business. Their role involves recording financial transactions reconciling accounts and ensuring that financial statements are accurate and up-to-date using Quick Books Software. TheBookkeeper is responsible for recording classifying and maintaining financial transactions and data for the business. Ensure that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Bookkeeper plays a key role in providing detailed and accurate financial reports to management.

• Must be proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Must be advanced in Excel (pivots and creating formulas is a must)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Enter daily financial transactions into accounting software or ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements with company accounts.
