Sales Manager Lead Motivate Dominate!

What Youll Be Doing

  • Recruit train and developa highperforming sales team that delivers results.
  • Ensure a structuredsales process and followup systemto maximizerepeat and referral business.
  • Enforce dealership policies sales procedures and best practices.
  • Managenew and used vehicle operations with a sharp understanding of both.
  • Plan and executestrategic advertising and sales promotions(digital print radio events etc..
  • Implementongoing training programsto keep the team sharp and up to date.
  • Represent the dealership atmajor industry events(Auto Show State Fair etc..
  • Review and approve deals ensuringaccuracy profitability and compliance.
  • Address customer concerns with aproactive customerfirst mindset.
  • Analyzemarket conditions and sales trends making datadriven recommendations to maximize profitability.
  • Audit andevaluate tradein appraisalsto ensure competitive offers.
  • Maintain aprofessional organized and welcoming showroom.
  • Engage with customers on the lot and in the showroom fosteringlongterm relationships.
  • Driverepeat business and referralsby delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Energetic competitive and customerdriven leaderwith awinning mentality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Techsavvywith strong CRM and sales system experience.
  • Indepth knowledge offederal state and local automotive sales laws.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • 5 years of automotive sales experience with at least2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication organization and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability tothrive in a highpaced highpressure environment.
  • Valid drivers license with aclean driving record.
