Responsibilities
Position Purpose: StoneX is looking for a talented Senior UI designer to work closely with product team in a dynamic fastpaced and exciting environment on a permanent basis. We seek a passionate and creative Designer to help us deliver marketleading user experience across mobile and web. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing digital products that meet our users expectations. You must also effectively communicate your design thinking to the team and broader business and manage stakeholder expectations.
Primary duties will include:
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering
- Create pixel perfect user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Ensure usability and accessibility across different products
- Contribute to and maintain the companys design system
- Ensure brand consistency and a unified visual language across all products
- Understanding of UX principles
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX copy research development product and other stakeholders
- Keep up to date with industry trends design tools and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of UI at the company
- Build and implement a design thinking culture at the company
- Distill simplicity from complex business requirements
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to the team and executive level stakeholders
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- At least 1 years of experience in senior position
- Demonstrate expert use of Figma and autolayouts
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction
- Take ownership of projects and see the big picture strategy
- Demonstrate experience in a corporate or established commercial environment
- Working knowledge in creating design systems
- Flexible decisive great communication skills both when interfacing with stakeholders as well when working with design team
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
