Essential ResponsibilitiesConduct inventory control parts ordering shipping/receiving and tool/equipment management to ensure equipment is up to date and operating properlyProperly manage HAZMAT program (preferred); contain waste oil and schedule pickups by waste oil vendor to ensure proper disposal and complete documentation in compliance with Otis and State regulationsPrepare and submit required paperwork for state taxes due on hazardous waste shipmentsArrange delivery of parts or equipment to jobsitesTrack and submit required paperwork for city parking permits and provide other vehicle fleet administration supportMaintain warehouse vehicles and warehouse in safe proper orderEducation / CertificationsHigh School degree or equivalent requiredBasic QualificationsAbility to work in a highly teamoriented and dynamic environmentCandidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customersLift up to 50 pounds and have a clean driving recordAbility to operate a forkliftAbility to drive F250 up to F750 1 ton) trucks to coordinate and make material deliveries and pickupsMust have DOT commercial license (CDL) If you live in a city chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
