Job Description
Were recruiting on behalf of our client a leader in the ceiling and partitioning industry known for their commitment to quality and customer service excellence.
They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at their Alrode Sales Branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with solid warehouse and logistics experience strong leadership ability and a handson approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean organized and compliant warehouse environment.
Supervise all aspects of stock control receiving storage dispatching while minimizing damages and losses.
Lead cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
Oversee logistics planning to ensure ontime and costeffective deliveries.
Keep accurate realtime records on the warehouse management system.
Ensure warehouse equipment infrastructure and fleet are in good condition.
Lead train and support a highperforming warehouse team focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a postmatric qualification is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years experience in warehousing logistics and inventory control.
Proven leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Own vehicle and valid drivers license
Flexible to work extended hours or shifts based on operational needs.
