This is a remote position.
We re hiring a Sales Enablement Coordinator to help ensure our revenue teams are always equipped aligned and empowered to convert leads into deals. You ll own the sales enablement library coordinate training resources and support the deployment of AIenhanced sales playbooks and onboarding systems.
This role is ideal for someone who loves process understands the flow of the modern sales cycle and enjoys creating systems and materials that help reps sell more effectively with less friction.
You ll work at the intersection of sales automation and training
Support reps with bestinclass tools and a modern AIpowered playbook
Help shape the onboarding experience and speed up timetoproductivity
Partner with RevOps SDRs and Sales Process Engineers on what works (and why)
Build enablement assets that get used not shelved
Maintain and update the internal sales playbook in Notion (and sync to outreach tools)
Coordinate onboarding materials certifications and product knowledge decks
Distribute updated templates messaging guides and objectionhandling frameworks
Track adoption and usage of sales tools (Apollo Lemlist ChatGPT HubSpot)
Monitor rep performance metrics to identify gaps in training or process understanding
Collaborate with Sales Automation Specialist to deploy new cadences and test AIenhanced scripts
Run quarterly enablement refreshes: sequence audits content updates and messaging calibration
First 30 Days
Audit current sales enablement content and tools; identify gaps
Align playbook materials with CRM and outreach logic
Launch onboarding flow updates in Notion LMS (if applicable)
By Day 60
Achieve 90% rep completion rate on onboarding or enablement tracks
Coordinate rollout of new templates and track feedback from reps
Monitor adoption of 2 3 AIenhanced messaging frameworks
By Day 90
Maintain complete searchable enablement system synced to sales workflows
Present usage and impact report to Sales and RevOps leadership
Deliver first rep performance diagnostics (tool usage vs outcome correlation)
100% of reps onboarded within 7 days of start date
90% adoption of current sales templates and messaging in sequences
95% alignment between CRM stages and playbookdefined stages
Quarterly updates to all major enablement assets with stakeholder signoff
2 4 years in sales enablement revenue operations or B2B sales support
Familiarity with tools like Notion Google Workspace Apollo Lemlist and HubSpot
Strong writing and instructional design skills (can translate strategy into actionable content)
Experience working with AIpowered tools (ChatGPT Lavender or similar)
Organized responsive and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders remotely
Bonus: Experience with LMS systems or rep training frameworks
