We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Adults Community Team based in Rochdale. The pay rate is 30 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be
You will work with adults aged 18 on assessment and support planning. You will also need to conduct mental capacity assessments and handle safeguarding responsibilities. Additionally you will participate in the duty rota. You will be an effective multitasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. You will be motivated and forwardthinking demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm. You will need to be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be required to maintain accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems.

You must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
