Job Description
Join the ambitious and exceptionally talented team at Roblox Corporation as a Senior Engineering Manager of Enterprise Security. In this unique opportunity you will lead a worldclass team dedicated to improving the security of our workforce. You will report to the Director of Platform Application and Enterprise Security and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure thoughtful implementation of security measures.
You Will:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled security engineers and software engineers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for corporate security and corporate identity and access management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate security controls seamlessly.
- Determine and prioritize security risks and successfully implement solutions to mitigate them.
You Have:
- Proven experience as a people manager with deep technical expertise in corporate security or identity and access management.
- Strong ability to make principled decisions balancing workforce efficiency with security needs.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Indepth knowledge of security frameworks and protocols.
- Experience in developing and implementing security strategies at scale.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex security requirements to various collaborators.
