Job Description
You will collaborate with various departments and external partners to successfully deliver projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans that ensure successful and measurable execution. Assess technical feasibility financial viability and risks. Define customer requirements create work breakdown structures and manage budgets. Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies while maintaining clear communication on schedules and milestones. - Primary Point of Contact
Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related matters. Develop and implement communication plans to ensure consistent and professional interactions with customers and stakeholders. Facilitate project reviews and effectively manage scope and schedule changes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with manufacturing R&D operations quality and sales teams. Lead through influence to ensure project success and build strong relationships for future collaboration. - Project Analysis & Risk Management
Supervise and report on project costs quality and status. Evaluate and manage changes that significantly impact scope budget or schedule. Drive timely decision-making. - Resource Management
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing. Influence decisions related to scope schedule and resource allocation. - Process Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned. Champion process and tool enhancements to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions empowering your team. You serve as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering projects
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Proven track record to lead and coach teams effectively
- PMP PMI-ACP or CAPM certification
- Experience in the test and measurement industry
- Familiarity with National Instruments hardware and software
- Experience with Power BI or Planview Portfolios
