The coop program is an educational work experience for the high school student. The individual is responsible and accountable for performing a wide range of tasks.Job Duties:
The primary function of this position is to assist the team in a nonclinical setting. This opportunity is available to a student who seeks a challenge and wants to gain a solid knowledge and hands on experience.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Position Details:
Applicants with demonstrated experience and extracurriculars in marketing communications and/or digital technologies are preferred.

Coop will run from Sept 2 2025 to approximately May 1 2026. Student will be expected to work 1015 hours a week with a mix of inoffice time at Geisingers Danville Mill Street Office and remote work.
Get ready for an awesome opportunity to dive into Geisingers employee website OurGeisinger. Youll learn how to use Microsoft SharePoint the software behind our intranet. Well guide you through training sessions and best practices showing you how to use different web parts in this plugandplay software.
Youll get handson experience by building copies of real site pages as practice. Then youll team up with a client to create a website based on their reallife needs. This will teach you the importance of listening to the clients needs an important business skill.
Youll use what you learned to make recommendations to the client focusing on a contentfirst strategy where the content drives the design of the site. After getting their feedback youll complete the site. Along the way youll learn about governance search and tagging. Finally well check out analytics reports to see the impact of our work.
In addition to having specific job responsibilities during the duration of the internship you will also be provided additional exposure opportunities across the department to learn how branding design content marketing multimedia teams public relations and marketing and health plan sales strategies are managed.
