Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Technical Support Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team in Brisbane Australia. This is a fulltime position. In this role you will provide exceptional support to our clients monitor and report on solution and environment performance adhere to the solution change process and manage incidents. You will be the first point of contact for inbound communications and collaborate with internal and external technical and operational teams to resolve tickets. Your analytical skills communication abilities and knack for building trusted client relationships will be key to your success.
