You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFort Hays State University seeks a Director of Student Engagement to serve as the leader for our dynamic and progressive Student Engagement team. The Student Engagement staff create the on campus student experience and engagement. The team leads student diversity leadership organizations and service components of campus activities. The team provides oversight to on campus fraternity and sorority experiences student organizations orientation activities and family programs. Student Engagement is located in the centralhub of the Center for Student Success. Our student programming board works collaboratively with other campus and community partners to create social and educational experiences to cultivate student belonging. There are about 120 student organizations on campus including sororities and fraternities.Our student and professional staff team provide support resources and opportunities for student to practice and develop the knowledge skills and attitudes of an engaged global citizenleader. The Director will be responsible for providing leadership vision and supervision for the Student Engagement Department. The director supervises four professional staff and with the support of the administrative specialist about 12 student staff. The team is looking for a teamoriented leader that will positively transform student engagement and leadership at Fort Hays State University.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree and one year of experience working in student engagement areas (student activities transition leadership diversity fraternity & sorority life student organizations and family programs).
