Job Description

As a member of our experienced recruitment team you will play a pivotal role in identifying attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support the firms growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop strategies that align with our talent acquisition goals while delivering a bestinclass candidate experience.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise datadriven insights to optimise recruitment processes and assess talent pipelines.
  • Proactively source and engage toptier talent through diverse channels including professional networks job boards social media employee referrals and agency partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles you are responsible for including technology business operations and quantitative trading.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills experience and cultural fit and add.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from application/introduction through to offer and close by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring teams to manage interviews technical assessments and feedback loops.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 35 years of fullcycle recruiting experience preferably in a quantitative trading technology or financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for specialised and highdemand roles.
  • Strong ability to source assess and close candidates in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Knowledge of technical recruiting practices for software development data analysis and algorithmic trading is a plus.
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Resultsdriven adaptable and enjoy working in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about finding and nurturing top talent.
