Job Title: Conveyancing Case Handler
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to 24000 DOE Bonus
Job Type: Fulltime Hybrid working available
Are you passionate about residential property law and eager to advance your career in conveyancing We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in residential property to join our team as a Conveyancing Case Handler. This role offers a unique opportunity for those currently working in remortgages or postcompletion to transition into a case handler position with comprehensive training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Learn to manage a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Training: Receive handson training and guidance from an experienced onboarding manager to develop your skills in case handling and fee earning.
- Client Interaction: Develop your abilities in client communication and provide updates on case progress.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation review and management of legal documents and property transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in residential property whether in remortgages postcompletion or a related area.
- Ambition: A strong desire to learn and grow into a case handler role with a keen interest in residential property law.
- Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from an onboarding manager.
- Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications in property law is advantageous but not essential.
