Riverview has an immediate opening to be our Warranty Administrator.
$1500 sign on bonus. $500 after 6 months. $1000 after a year
$32 to $40 per hour range depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing flagging submitting and following up on each claim
- Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
- Communicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
- Prepares reviews and processes warranty claims
- Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership
- Schedule warranty appointments and educates customers to set expectations.
- Keep abreast of all factory recalls announcements and procedures.
- Ship and track all warranty parts returns
- Stay involved in Warranty jobs in process for both Sacramento and Redding
- Train to become a Warranty Professional
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of Diesel TruckParts and Service.
- Can work in a fastpaced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
- Must be committed to working 40 hours a week each and every week
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment plus being able to work as an individual to stay caught up with workload
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must have excellent administrative organizational and communication skills
- Must have strong math skills
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
