The Opportunity:
Were looking for an enthusiastic and customerfocused Key Holder to join the team at our Sudbury store located at: 1955 Lasalle Blvd Unit 5 Greater Sudbury ON P3A 2A3
If youre someone who enjoys supporting a team creating great shopping experiences and helping customers find what they need this is the role for you!
What Youll Do as Key Holder:
- Support the Team: Assist with training coaching and supporting Retail Sales Associates
- Be the GoTo for Customers: Provide exceptional service to every customer handle exchanges or refunds and assist with resolving any issues professionally and positively.
- Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising maintain a clean and organized store and create a welcoming space for customers and team members.
- Manage Inventory: Assist with receiving replenishing stock processing transfers and ensuring inventory counts are accurate.
- Close Up Shop: Carry out keyholder responsibilities including securing the store balancing registers and completing endofday paperwork.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 1 or more years of retail experience
- Team Player: Youre great at working on your own but thrive in a fastpaced teamfocused environment.
- Tech Skills: Youre comfortable with computers and know your way around pointofsale (POS) systems.
- CustomerFirst Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
