About you

As the Bid Coordinator reporting into the Bid Manager you will support the implementation of the bid strategy ensuring that bid materials are high quality on brand and technically spot on! Youll be working on a hybrid basis on a 12 month fixed term contract.

What does the role involve

  • Working alongside the Bid Manager to plan workloads agree deadlines and share activities for bid related/bid writing activities.
  • Completing PQQs/SQs and any other standard information questionnaires ensuring technical compliance throughout.
  • Following company templates to produce high quality proposal documents and presentations.
  • Responsible for daily OJEU and portal searching to identify relevant opportunities.
  • Responsible for all portal management. Leading on bids where appropriate ensuring bid process and governance is followed. Inputting into bid tracking.
  • Working with the marketing coordinator to ensure bid collateral and bid text library is up to date following a submission.
  • Working with technical teams around the business to ensure a consistent and improved standard of technical bid materials.
  • Producing client presentations.
  • Supporting the team and business with any administrative or project support as required.
  • Taking personal responsibility for the health and safety of self and others by working within the Health and Safety policy and procedures.
  • Endeavour to improve our social and environmental impact
  • Any other duties as reasonably required of the role


Requirements
  • Established experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong written verbal influencing and creative communication skills preferably relating to tendering and bid project management
  • Identifying opportunities and OJEUs
  • Confident using full range of bid documentation including EOIs PQQs and ITTs
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Confident and approachable
