As an IT Manager you will lead and manage a team of IT Support professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of IT support services ensuring timely and effective solutions for our organizations technical needs. From deploying laptops to network configurations you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our offices IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and mentor a team of Tech Support staff fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
- Manage the deployment configuration and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment addressing common issues like office material problems computer malfunctions or requests for additional hardware.
- Develop and enforce IT policies standards and procedures to ensure compliance and security including robust cybersecurity measures.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of IT support processes and systems such as resolving Google Workspace incidents (e.g. email Google Drive or Calendar issues) and handling related requests like shared drive creation or GCP project setups.
- Keep the infrastructure of our worldwide offices operational including managing providers and networking.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and oversee the procurement process for hardware and software while supporting tools like JetBrains Adobe and Microsoft Office.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration by resolving issues related to Slack such as member additions channel creation and other technical challenges.
- Support workflow improvements by addressing Jirarelated tasks including process automation and project setup.
- Troubleshoot and maintain connectivity for office WiFi and provide specialized support for Airtable such as granting builder access.
- Address systemspecific access issues and permissions related to BackOffice tools and ensure seamless integration with HR tasks like onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend improvements to existing technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge in IT support operations including hardware deployment software installation and MDM systems.
- Desired knowledge of networking principles and technologies.
- Experience leading and managing teams with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
