Job Description
A leading investment firm is looking for an experienced Support Manager to oversee application support for trading and wealth management platforms including securities futures and stock options across desktop web and mobile.
Responsibilities:

Lead L1/L2 support for trading applications (HKEx global markets).

Manage production incidents and ensure timely resolution.
-
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for fixes and enhancements.

Oversee system testing upgrades and deployment activities.
-
Write and run SQL queries; support user acceptance testing.
-
Participate in afterhours support on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
-
58 years experience supporting trading/back office systems (securities futures funds).

Strong SQL skills; familiarity with HKEx trading flows.

Solid understanding of system operations settlement and market connectivity.
-
Good communication in English Cantonese and Mandarin.
-
Exposure to FIX SharePoint TTL or DB2 is a plus.
